Dichtes Purpurgranat mit violettem Rand. Duftige Heidelbeeren und dunkle Kirsche, dahinter dunkle Edelhölzer und Lakritze. Am kräftigen Gaumen saftig mit feinkernigen Noten, im Finale Pflaumenhaut und Pfeffer, braucht Zeit. Guter Food-Wein. Der Merlot wächst auf Kalk, das ist das Geheimnis!

The 2016 Clos Floridène offers gorgeous aromatic complexity, pliant fruit and an alluring, welcoming personality to match. Rose petal, dried herbs, leather and smoke are all laced together in a racy, vinous Graves to enjoy over the next handful of years. The wine's balance and overall sense of harmony are notable.
